A structured cabling project, particularly one with a fully integrated data and voice network, requires the cooperation and coordinated efforts of many people. As a total systems integrator, we offer a single source for both voice and data solutions. Pre-construction services offered by Site Tech Services assist our customers in establishing a budget that realistically meets the requirements of the project. Our ultimate goal is to offer a total system solution, helping with identifying project requirements and design layout of the cable infrastructure. You can trust Site Tech Services to manage your project as a whole.
Cable installation is only a small part of a structured cabling system – there must be a foundation from which the installation team can work. This foundation comes in the form of a solid cable design. Site Tech Services ensures that our cabling installations comply with the latest codes and standards.
Site Tech Services provides its customers with BICSI educated and field experienced cable installation technicians. These technicians are also experienced in the infrastructure of high-speed data and the voice networking they install. They are hired in the consideration of industry experience, technical knowledge and their positive work attitude.
Site Tech Services provides LAN cable certification, based upon the industry standards. Certification of the data cable plant is essential in determining whether existing cable supports your network type. Certifying existing cable can prevent unnecessary delays when installing network hardware.
Support and Maintenance
Maintaining the connectivity of unified voice and data networks is imperative to the success of any business. When systems fail, our quick response to a request for service provides our customers with certified technical support to reduce down time. Typical response to an emergency call is two hours. Standard response time to a non critical call is next day service.
