Project: Restaurant Franchise Expansion
Local investment group purchase a restaurant franchise with plans for growth. They were looking for a complete solution, from helping them get the first store open to creating a plan for all future sites.
- Looking for a secure email solution that could grow with the company, and where they don’t have to spend a lot on infrastructure
- Needed a solution for the restaurants that could be repeated each time they open a new one.
- They wanted one price, and one solution, so every restaurant was the same
- Required security to their network
- Required Onsite and offsite storage for data
- Needed on-going support for the corporate office and all locations
- Microsoft 365 was brought in, and all old email accounts were transferred over. They gained one drive, and SharePoint as well. Site Tech provided the data migration, and end user training
- We now provide remote support related to operating system, internet connectivity, email access, and the correct installation and functionality of Microsoft applications for all users
- Replace residential quality network hardware (Netgear) with enterprise class Cisco hardware
- Installed Meraki wireless solution
- Set up VLANs for all of their internal internet traffic and customer traffic
- All users have top of the line (365 Microsoft system) which will solve their security email solution
- Network switches were set up at their corporate office, and we continue to manage their constant IT needs
- We provided education about the new systems we implemented
- Firewall hardware was implemented that will protect their data that is onsite and offsite
- We will manage all their IT service needs
